All of our orders are shipped double boxed via USPS Priority (2-3 day) mail or UPS standard ground. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your item has shipped. Immediately after placing an order, you will receive an emailed receipt from us. This means that your order has been confirmed and is on the way soon. If your pre-order can not be fulfilled, you will be notified on the morning of release. If you do not hear from us on release day, that means your order was secured and we are working dilligently to get it out your way. Please refrain from emailing us during this shipping period unless you have not received a tracking email within the given dates of shipping on the product page. *We are not responsible for lost packages.*

All pre-order shipments go out during the week after the shoe has released. Check each product description for more exact dates as we display this on every product page! All of our "in store" shoes go out same or next business day depening on time of purchase.

We do our best to make sure that your shoes get to you as promptly as possible.

All of our sales are final. Please know the correct size before ordering. If you place an invalid order, we will always work with you before the shoe releases. We do not accept returns on shoes nor do we cancel orders after the shoe has released at retailers. We ship most of our orders with signature confirmation to assure that your shoes get to you as safely as possible. Please keep an eye on the tracking number we send you as it will be very important so that you can claim your shoes and be home on the day of delivery. USPS gives you two weeks before they return the package back to us. It is the customer's respobility to pick up their missed shoes within this 14 day window or you risk the chance of forfeitting your shoe without compensation. If this happens, we will usually return the shoes back to you, at your request, for $20 shipping.
